With a 150 HP engine, the boat can travel quickly around the local lakes to wherever the best fishing happens to be. There’s a trolling motor on the boat, allowing anglers to approach spooky fish. Up to 5 anglers are welcome on board.
You will be fishing with high-quality light tackle by Shimano and Penn and could be using both live bait and lures. Wild Shiners, one of the most effective Bass baits, are not included in the price of the trip and they cost $25 per dozen.
When you fish with Capt. Jonathan, you’ll mainly be targeting America’s most popular game fish and Florida’s state freshwater fish – the Largemouth Bass. Great tasting Crappies are also frequently targeted on Jonathan’s fishing charters.
You’ll have drinks on board, just make sure to bring some snacks to stay refreshed throughout the trip. Pack some sun protection as well, so you can relax and enjoy your time under the hot Florida sun, and you’re all set!
