Marla’s Sportfishing is a third-generation charter company in La Cruz. It is run and operated by the Osuna brothers who are the sons of a well-known angler – Captain Jose Luis “Chicano” Osuna. A pioneer in the sport fishing life of Bahia de Banderas, Capt. Jose Luis passed down his knowledge and passion to his sons.
The Osuna brothers make sure every single charter they run is an exciting adventure that you will remember for months to come. In collaboration with top brands, they have outfitted their fleet with the finest electronics, professional accessories, and tackle available.
You will be able to check it all out yourself – all you have to do is find a trip that matches your angling ambitions and join Capt. Danny aboard the ‘Marla.’ She is a 32’ Blackfin vessel with twin 370 HP Cummins engines and plenty of room for up to 4 anglers. She features all the comfort of home, including a private restroom, a kitchen, and a bed.
Hop on board and head to the bay for a healthy dose of Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, Jack Crevalle, and Roosterfish. Let Capt. Danny take you to the offshore waters, where you will be able to sample Black and Blue Marlin, Tuna, and who knows what else.
You will be provided with top-quality rods, reels, tackle, bait, and lures. All you have to do is pack your lunch, bring your desire to catch fish, and show up!
