SickleFin Charters is one of the Gulf Coast’s premier guided sportfishing operations. They specialize in light tackle big game and jig and pop style sport fishing. SickleFin is federally licensed for Red Snapper, reef fish, and pelagic species.
You will feel very comfortable aboard their 2015 45’ SeaHunter which is fully loaded with all the latest safety, navigation, and fishing technology. Pickup is conveniently located at a private marina on Dauphin Island right near the center of town.
Federal and Alabama authorities limit 3 Yellowfin Tuna per person, and with each weighing upwards of 150 lbs it’s a lot of fish to bring home for dinner! Average size of yellowfin is 50-70 lbs. While Yellowfin Tuna is the main target, you can also go after other species. The hunt includes Blackfin, Wahoo, Barracuda, Mahi Mahi, Billfish, and more.
The crew can customize the trip to your preferences or what is currently the best fishing in season.
All fishing equipment, licenses, and fish cleaning are included in the price. No Smoking is allowed as it is a safety concern; however, the use of e-cigarettes is allowed. Just pack your food, drinks, and sun protection for the day.
Whether you are already planning a visit, or looking for a relaxing island getaway, join SickleFin on Dauphin Island(the sunset capital of Alabama) for an amazing experience!
