Come to Middleburg, Florida and let Allens Family Guide Service take you on inshore, river, and lake fishing trips. You’ll be in the safe hands of your guide, Captain Andy Allen, who can take you to the beautiful St. Johns River as well as to lovely flats and the backcountry. Join in and have a great time chasing various intriguing fish and enjoying the alluring nature of the Middleburg area.

You’ll be using an 18’ Famous Craft 1800 XL bay boat powered by a 115 Mercury engine. The boat can sit 2 anglers. It uses quality GPS and fishfinder electronics for efficient navigation, it’s equipped with a livewell to supply you with live bait, and it’s also got an ice-box so your fish and drinks can stay cool throughout the trip.

There’s a lot of interesting and tasty fish species you’ll have the opportunity to catch. There’s Largemouth Bass, Sunfish, Rainbow and Brook Trout, Crappie, Redfish, and more. As for the fishing techniques, you can bottom fish and fly fish, using both light and heavy tackle. You’re allowed to keep your catch and have some delicious meals at home. Please remember that alcohol isn’t allowed during the trip.

Captain Andy will supply you with fly fishing equipment, live bait, lures, as well as snacks, drinks, and lunch. He’ll also clean and fillet your catch at the end of the trip. You’ll need to bring your rods, reels, tackle, and fishing licenses.
