Enjoy an unforgettable fishing experience with Eyehooker Sportfishing on Lake Erie! Come to the Walleye capital of the world and fish side by side with a knowledgeable guide. Captain Billy has been a licensed fishing guide on these waters for over 20 years and loves to share his tricks. His son Blake has been working on the boat for 7 seasons and also has a USCG Masters License. There are no hired captains and you can always count on going on a trip with Capt Blake or Billy. Whether you're a beginner or a seasonal angler, there's a spot for you on his boat.
The boat is a custom 32' Island Hopper that accommodates up to 6 guests. This vessel has a 12' beam and it's powered by a 600 HP Cummins engine. Besides modern navigational electronics, a private bathroom, and lots of seating space in the shade, the boat is also wheelchair accessible. Capt. Bill doesn't spare anything to make sure his boat is equipped and well maintained.
All trips start at Anchors Away Marina in Marblehead and they are available from April till November. At the beginning of the season, you'll visit the spots west of the Lake Erie Islands, while in the summer the best spots are in Northern Ohio and Southern Ontario waters. Towards the end of the season, you'll go to Vermillion and Lorain area.
Besides Walleye, you can also catch Steelhead, Smallmouth Bass and Yellow Perch. Both drifting and trolling are an option, depending on your skills and preferences.
All fishing equipment is covered. You need to cover your fishing licenses and pack some snacks and drinks for the day.

Sunset Fish N Cruise on July 7, 2025 • 4 adults10 Stars for this outfit in Marblehead! They gladly accepted out request as a last minute trip!! Communication with Bill was just what we had hoped for! We contacted Bill first thing in the morning for an 2:30 trip and they gladly made it happen! Blake and Ryan met us on time with everything we needed to have a great experience on the water. Once we reached the area to drop the lines they quickly worked together, baited the hooks and directed us how to get the lines down with close attention to every detail! We didn’t even have all the lines in yet and they were grabbing poles and handing it off to reel’em in! Very impressed with how these two young men worked around the boat! Very happy with our experience!!

We are excited to reserve another trip! Captain Bill Hitchcock and his first mate, Zane, made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Everyone caught some amazing walleye and learned how to fish on Lake Erie. They were very friendly and interacted with my entire family. They were great with the kids and definitely made it a wonderful experience, even with the lake conditions being rough. We experienced 4-5ft swells for most of the trip and were still able to catch 28 keepers and had several that didn’t make it into the boat. I’d definitely recommend the Eyehooker. 10/10

our group of 5 guys and 1 chold had a grear time with Captain Billy and first mate Gavin. They were very knowledgeable about where the fish were. They both helped my son learn how to hold a fishing pole that he was unfamiliar with. We got our limit of Walleye in about 4-5 hours. We all had a great time. I would recommend Eyehooker to anyone looking for a great time.
Jay and Jim were expert anglers - everyone had a chance to catch multiple fish, several were MASSIVE. They were also great with our younger kids who had a blast. Would definitely recommend this crew for anyone looking to catch walleye in Lake Erie, or just looking for a fun trip out on the lake.
We reserved the trip for our anniversary. They surprised us with wine! The Captain found a great spot and took care of everything. It was a great trip!
