Jarhead Charters welcomes you to Clearwater, Florida. Let Captain Doug Orange take you on its gorgeous inshore and offshore waters and help you have a wonderful fishing experience. Captain Doug and his first mate, Todd Ruggles are Marine Corp veterans who share a love and passion for saltwater and want to share that passion with you. They invite all who want to experience the beautiful waters of the Gulf Coast to join them. Also, they offer a discount for veterans of all branches and will definitely make accommodations for any disabled veteran.
Your journey starts on a 21’ Stingray 206 center console that will provide a safe and comfortable ride to the fish and back. It can sit up to 4 guests, runs on a 140 HP Suzuki engine, and uses GPS, fishfinder, and radio technology for navigation. The boat’s got a portable toilet and features a wireless trolling motor and an ice-box. Also, you can use the livewell as well as snorkeling gear.
The species you can go after include Red and Gag Grouper, Red Snapper (when in season), Snook, and Redfish. In order to catch them, you’ll use light and heavy tackle to bottom fish, spin, jig, pop, and even bowfish. You’re free to keep the fish you catch and you’re welcome to bring children on your trip.
Captain Doug will take care of all the fishing gear and will clean and fillet your catch after you finish the trip. You just remember to bring some food and drinks.
Come spend a day on the water with Jarhead Charters and have a lovely fishing experience in Clearwater!
