This involves 4 to 5-hour trips, mainly fishing for Flounder, Bluefish, Bass, Spotted Seatrout, Spanish Mackerel, and Cobia, depending on the season and conditions on the day. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as light tackle, heavy tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, fly fishing, big game fishing, jigging, popping, and spinning.
Your fishing adventure starts on a 23' Cape Classic boat that can safely take up to 4 anglers. This boat comes with an ice-box and a wireless trolling motor.
All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. We have the fishing license that covers everyone on the boat. Bait is included in the trip price, so make sure to check with the captain what your options are before the trip. The crew will clean and fillet your catch for you to take home at the end of the trip.

We can’t recommend Diamond Jig Charters enough! We booked the Back Bay Kids Trip for our son’s 12th birthday, and it was truly one of the best family experiences we’ve had. Captain Jerry and his first mate went above and beyond to make the day so special. They were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to teach our boys about fishing, answer every question, and make sure everyone was having fun. What made the day even more memorable was that we were celebrating alongside Captain Jerry on his birthday as well! It was such a fun and unique experience, and he and his first mate made our son feel so special while creating an unforgettable day for our entire family. Their enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine love for what they do truly stood out. We left with amazing memories, lots of laughs, and fish to show for it! If you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly fishing charter, look no further. We’ll absolutely be back!

Captain Jerry and his onboard mate Jared are knowledgeable and friendly, multi-Generation Seven Mile Islanders. They know the waters, provide help with baiting lines and handling catches, and clean and filet the day’s catch for you. They have everything you need for a great day of fishing. It was a great day
We had such an amazing time fishing with Jerry as our captain! He was knowledgeable, patient, fun to be around, and made the whole trip unforgettable. You can tell he truly loves what he does and wants everyone to have a great experience. He helped us find fish, kept everything running smoothly, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. Great fishing trip! We had one experienced fisherman, one who had never fished off a boat, and one who had just gone for the first time the day before. Even though it was cold and windy—and the three of us only caught one fish (we named him Steven)—we still had an awesome time! Captain Jerry was great company and kept things fun the entire trip. As a family we were able to experience all catching our own first salt water fish. The time spent on the boat is so fun you will never want to leave. Also Captian Jerry knows the spots for the bites!! All in all it was a perfect experience and we can not wait to book again. Jerry makes all guests feel like family and makes sure everyone was able to get their fish! (p.s. everyone caught 2+) and caught a keeper flounder!
