For over 30 years, Wet Dreams Charters has been getting people on fish. With them, you’ll explore the best freshwater spots in South Florida. This time, they’re taking you to Lake Ida! Join the experienced crew that lives for that thrill of tight lines. They are great teachers and can make any beginner feel (and fish!) like a pro.
Your adventure begins on a 19’ Triton boat that accommodates up to 3 guests. She’s powered by a 150 HP Evinrude engine that easily reaches high speeds. This fast and reliable boat features modern navigational electronics, such as GPS and a fishfinder, so you can always find schools of fish, even if you cannot spot them with a naked eye.
The main attractions of Lake Ida are Crappie, Largemouth Bass, Peacock Bass, and Sunfish. You’ll use all kinds of light tackle techniques, such as popping, spinning, jigging, and fly fishing. It’s recommended to release trophy specimens, while you get to keep an average size fish if you want. The crew will clean and fillet it for you free of charge.
All rods, reels, and lures are included in the price. You need to cover your freshwater fishing license and pack snacks and drinks you want. A few beers are ok, but please avoid alcohol on the boat. As it can get very hot on the boat, don’t forget your sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses.
Meet Lake Ida like never before. Wet Dreams Charters is here to make it happen.
