Rene is an excellent captain. His knowledge and experience of the fishery was amazing. The plan was to target sheepshead and a few bull reds; that plan was executed to perfection. With a cold front blowing in expectations we’re up in the air and Rene worked hard to work us around multiple locations until we found just the right spot. His casting tips, placement, and action all helped get us hooked up over and over again.

Rene keeps the plan simple, no surprise charges, perfect amount of time for most anglers, and the equipment was in great shape and right for executing our plan.

We will be back next time we are in town.

Captain, Rene of Bravo Zulu fishing made our company fishing trip a wonderful success. He is very responsible and knowledgeable about all aspects of catching the biggest fish in the fastest amount of time in the best areas. He’s a veteran too which is a big plus to support veteran owned businesses. We had a wonderful time with six people on board, and all of us caught our limit with double hook-ups all day long. Captain, Rene was there to help us de-hook every fish and bring them on board as well as fillet them for us when we get back. It was a memorable trip. We will never forget and would like to go back multiple times per year as a company if we can. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I was specifically looking for a veteran owned charter company when I found Rene.  He was everything we expected and so much more.  His communication was impeccable and his patience with us on the boat was extraordinary.  He went above and beyond to ensure we had the time of our lives….and oh by the way, we caught monster red after monster red!  We caught so many we used the last hour to sight see around the harbor and watch the dolphins.

My husband and I booked a half-day, morning fishing trip with Captain Rene. The fish weren’t cooperative for any of the charters on the water in the morning. However, we were able to catch two black drum because Captain Rene stayed out longer than the scheduled trip to ensure we caught something. Even though the fish weren’t biting, we learned a lot from Captain Rene. He answered all our questions, taught us a lot of new tricks, and cleaned and filleted our fish. His boat was very clean and he was early. We highly recommend him.

I would recommend Bravo Zulu charters ta any coming down,the capt had called ahead ta let us know the situation an down side of things due to weather an such but was still willing ta take us out an although weather had limited us of some things my son in laws an grandsons still had a blast thanx ta capt rene. The capt had made sure that it waz a fun trip,an kids flat out enjoyed them selves.an becuz of capt kids are wantin ta come down later in summer fer another round wit him.
