Ruslan is a multiple-time winner of professional and commercial fishing tournaments from a boat and from shore. For two years he worked in Abu Dhabi as an assistant captain. Then he moved to Dubai and worked as a captain for two years, and now he already has his own boat in Dubai. He takes 1-2 mates with him for fishing, depending on the number of anglers. He can teach you different fishing techniques, and is happy to discuss everything in advance.
