Southbound Tournament Charter
Embark on a fun fishing adventure together with Southbound Tournament Charters! You and Captain Henry Baker will go to the best offshore spots in the area and search for many interesting fish species that roam the waters around Gulf Breeze. Join in and discover Florida’s beautiful sea life!
You’ll start your trip on a 32’ Contender center console that was newly refurbished in 2021. The boat can sit up to 6 guests and runs on twin 250 HP Yamaha four stroke engines with a maximum cruising speed of 50 knots. The boat uses a comprehensive navigation system that consists of a GPS, fishfinder, radio, and radar. It’s equipped with downriggers, outriggers, and a livewell, and there will also be an ice-box for you to store fish. To ensure your needs are addressed as best as possible, a first mate will join the trip as well.
There’s a wide choice of fish you can target on your trip. To name just a few, there’s Goliath Grouper, Mahi Mahi, Snapper, and even Sharks! Using light and heavy tackle, you’ll be bottom fishing, trolling, and spinning. Every legal fish you catch is yours to keep and take home.
Captain Henry will cover you for licenses, fishing gear, as well as catch cleaning and filleting. What you should bring is just some food and drinks to stay refreshed throughout the trip.
Hop aboard and start your adventure!
