Powered by twin C-18 Cat engines, the boat has 2000 HP and can easily hit speeds of up to 35 knots. Even at these speeds, the low centre of gravity and deep-vee hull make for a smooth and extremely comfortable ride. Onboard are two cabins that share a modern bathroom complete with shower, electric toilet. luxurious towels and quality fittings, as well as a master bedroom with its own ensuite. A desalinator allows unlimited fresh water to be available on board, and a large comfortable lounge area in the flybridge offers unrivaled views of the fishing action.

Located just 30 miles from the only known Black Marlin breeding ground in the world on the continental shelf, Port Douglas is an iconic starting point for Marlin fishing. Just 80 minutes ride from world-famous locations such as Linden Bank, Opal Ridge, Ribbon Reefs, Jewell Reef and the Seamount, ReelChase charters are perfectly situated to help you catch the fish of a lifetime: in fact, Amokura has already been host to multiple ‘granders’ (Marlins weighing over 1000lbs). The area is also famous for its GTs, which are targeted with poppers, and many other reef and pelagic species.
