Walleye Seeker Charters
Spend an exciting day on Lake Erie with retired military veteran-owned and operated Walleye Seeker Charters! Meet Captain Lloyd, who’s been fishing since he was 5 years old. For years, fishing was his favorite activity to do with his Dad and friends, and finally, he decided to share his knowledge with other people. He’s been successfully guiding fishing trips and teaching his guests how to catch a fish on their own.
It all starts on a 30’ Baha Fisherman that accommodates up to 5 guests. The boat is powered by a 400 HP Volvo Penta engine that reaches the speed of 28 knots. You’ll reach your spot in no time and have more time for catching fish. Besides navigational electronics, the boat also has a live bait tank, planer boards, and a private toilet.
The star of the show is Walleye, which you’ll target using trolling and drifting methods. Later in the season, you can also fish for Yellow Perch. You get to keep the catch within regulated limits and there’s a cleaning service at the dock you can use.
Capt. Lloyd covers the fishing equipment for trolling and Perch trips but you should bring your own gear if you plan on casting and drifting. Make sure to also get your fishing license and bring some snacks and drinks for the day.
The trips are family-friendly, so bring your loved ones on board (children need to be at least 8 years old). Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced angler, you’ll have a great time joining Walleye Seeker Charters!
