You’ll fish from a 25’ Haynie bay boat that can accommodate up to 4 guests. The boat uses a Mercury Pro XS 300 HP engine that can reach a maximum cruising speed of 52 knots and the onboard navigation is comprised of reliable GPS and fishfinder electronics. Thanks to the livewell, you’ll have access to live bait.
You’ll target Sheepshead, Redfish, Speckled Trout, as well as Black Drum, and you’ll catch them by spinning, jigging, and popping, all using light tackle. You’re free to keep all the fish you catch and you’re encouraged to bring kids on your trip.
All the rods, reels, lures, live bait, as well as water will be ready for you when you arrive on the boat. The only things you should bring are your favorite food and fishing licenses.
