Barbarian Sportfishing invites you for an enjoyable trip in the greater San Francisco bay area. Starting out of Richmond, California, you and Captain John Badger will head out to inshore and nearshore waters and have fun trying to land a good catch. The choice of fish is great and the natural surroundings will charm you, so come aboard and create many fond memories fishing in Richmond!
You’ll start your journey on a 28’ Farallon saltwater fishing boat that can sit up to 5 guests. It’s powered by a 330 HP Volvo D-6 engine, uses all the modern navigation technology, and features a flybridge, portable toilet, and bed. It has also got a livewell to supply you with live bait.
You and Captain John will be trolling and drift fishing for Halibut and Striped Bass. You’re free to keep the fish you catch but you can also release it back into the water if you prefer so. Kids are welcome to join the trip, so bring them as well and enjoy a lovely family stay on the water.
Captain John will take care of all the rods, reels, terminal tackle, as well as live bait. If you wish, he’ll clean and fillet your catch as well, free of charge. Before you go, you should only bring your licenses and some snacks and drinks.
