Windrift Sport Fishing II
Join Windrift Sport Fishing for a day of fantastic fishing! Experience what Saginaw Bay has to offer with Captain Douglas, who’s been catching fish his whole life. He’s been guiding fishing trips for over 40 years and there’s no one better to show you the thrill of this sport.
Based in Linwood, MI, capt. Douglas is on the water most of the year. During Spring and Summer, you can take a trip on his 30’ boat, while Fall is reserved for smaller groups.
You’ll drift along the bay aboard a 20 ft Crestliner, powered by a 150 HP Mercury engine, and a 9.9 auxiliary motor. A livewell and outriggers are fitted on board, including space to set up to 12 trolling lines, so you’ll have the advantage when trying to lure the bite. There’s enough space for 3 guests to fish in comfort.
Trolling for Walleye is what it’s all about on these trips. You only need to choose whether you want to start your adventure in the morning or the afternoon. 6 hours is more than enough to catch up on a few tricks, have fun chasing fish, and enjoy the nature around you. You get to keep the catch within the legal limit and the captain will clean it for you free of charge.
All fishing equipment is included in the price but you need to purchase your fishing license and pack some snacks and drinks for the day.
Join Windrift Sport Fishing for a Walleye adventure you’ll never forget!
