North East Salt Water offers fishing adventures out of Phippsburg, ME. Explore the pristine Maine waters with Captain Joe from late spring though fall.

Our 4 hour striper fishing trips are perfect for anglers age 9+ who want a chance to target these powerful rockfish around the rugged islands and rocky shorelines of Casco Bay.  If you are lucky enough to catch a striper in the legal slot size, Captain Joe will happily fillet and package it for you to take home.  Please note we only allow 1 keeper per boat to help preserve the healthy population levels.

Our 2 hour family fishing trips are available for ages 5+ and we will spend our time jigging and trolling our way across the granite ledges of Casco Bay targeting mackerel, pollock, cod, cunner and other elusive groundfish species.  This trip is family friendly and suitable for anglers of all skill levels, especially beginners.  Please note that this trip is catch and release only.

You’ll be fishing on a 21’ Maritime boat that accommodates up to 4 guests. This skiff is powered by a brand new 115 HP Yamaha engine that reaches the speed of 30 knots. With a fast boat, you’ll reach your fishing spots quickly and spend less time traveling. The boat also features navigational electronics, a wireless trolling engine, a live bait tank, and a cooler.

Capt. Joe covers all of your fishing equipment and licenses. You only need to pack your drinks and snacks for the day and you’re ready to go.
