Captain Jack's Sportfishing
There’s a Shark with your name on it in San Diego, and Captain Jack’s Sportfishing will help you catch it! With Captain Jack at the helm, you’ll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide.
These waters are known for Mako Shark, Thresher Shark, Blue Shark, Hammerhead Shark, and more – with any luck, they’ll make your reel scream. You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, drifting, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Jack also offers fly fishing and provides the necessary gear.
You’re welcome to bring home some of the fish you catch, so long as regulations allow it. Catch cleaning is available, so you can take your fish home to eat. Your next meal doesn’t get any fresher than that! If you’re traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available.
Capt. Jack welcomes you aboard a 27’ Pro-Line center console with room for 4 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you.
You might need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. It’s always wise to bring snacks, drinks, sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation. Just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Now’s the time to experience fishing in San Diego for yourself with Captain Jack’s Sportfishing!
