Captain Chad Audibert has over a decade of experience fishing off the coast of Venice, Louisiana. He and his crew are relentless in the effort of putting guests on the fish and will spend the extra time if necessary.

Your trip will start on a 31’ Cape Horn that has been refit with the latest electronics and safety equipment. It can hold up to 5 guests and runs on twin 300 HP Yamaha engines. The boat is equipped with Furuno MFD’s, multibeam transducer, chirp system, NXT Radar, EPIRB, VHF, 700qt fish box, 105qt yeti drink cooler, outriggers, downriggers, marlin dredge, spreader bars, and a Rockford Fosgate system. A first mate will also be there to address all your needs during the trip.

Venice’s nearshore and offshore waters will offer you a ton of excellent fish species to catch. To name just a few, there’s Wahoo, Blue Marlin, Yellowfin Tuna, Blackfin Tuna,  Cobia, Grouper, Snapper, Amberjack, and Mahi Mahi. The crew uses a variety of techniques to catch these fish, light tackle, heavy tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, jigging, as well as drift fishing. You keep all the fish you catch and kids are also welcome to join the trip.

For the trip, you will need to bring your Louisiana fishing license, appropriate clothing, food, and drinks. Captain Chad Audibert supplies you with rods, reels, tackle, live bait, lures, and water. Fuel is not included in the price.
