Captain Chris Weir is a Tampa native and has been fishing Tampa Bay and offshore waters for over 35 years. He offers inshore and offshore specialty trips. Just let the captain know what species you want to fish for. He is a USCG-approved captain and fully insured. Capt. Chris welcomes all anglers of all skill levels and kid-friendly!
Captain Chris operates a 2022 22’ Cape Horn center console with a 350 hp Suzuki engine. There is plenty of dry storage available. The boat will accommodate up to 4 anglers comfortably. The boat has a live well, fish box, and cooler.
Your guide specializes in reef fishing where he targets Grouper, Snapper, Porgy, and Black Seabass - and he can help you specialize in this too! There’s even more species you can target here, such as Kingfish, Jack Crevalle, Tarpon, and Spanish Mackerel. You get to keep the catch after the trip, so you can start looking for some great recipes right away.
All rods, bait, and tackle are provided. The only thing you will need to bring are drinks, food, and your FishHuge sun protective shirts and face shields. Captain Chris is also happy to fillet your catch at the end of the day, no extra charge.
