Join Carolina Water Adventures for a day inshore or offshore and have a great time fishing the waters of Wrightsville Beach.  North Carolina. Captain Richie Wareham will take you to the host of the prized species you can target in this area and will make sure you have a memorable trip. Join him aboard and have lots of fun fishing!

The boat you will use is a 25’ Key West center console that can accommodate up to 5 guests. It is powered by twin 150 Yamaha engines with a maximum cruising speed of 40 knots and uses GPS, fishfinder, as well as radio technology for safe and efficient navigation. The boat is also equipped with downriggers.

You will go after Mahi Mahi, Blackfin Tuna, Scamp and Gag Grouper, Black Seabass, Grunt, Bonito, King Mackerel, and other species. Using both light and heavy tackle, you can attract them by bottom fishing, deep sea fishing, trolling, spinning, jigging, as well as popping. As for the fishing policies, you will be keeping all the fish you catch and you are also welcome to bring children on your trip.

Captain Richie will take care of all the tackle, bait, and lures you will need for the trip, as well as for fishing licenses. This means the only things you should bring are the food and drinks of your choice.

    This trip will allow you to go offshore 15-30 miles and troll for King and Spanish Mackerel. You will also be targeting bottom fish to include Grouper, Snapper, Seabass, Triggerfish, Grunt, Porgy, and the powerful Amberjack. The trip starts at 7:30 a.m. and lasts for up to 8 hours.

    This trip will allow you to go 20-45 miles to troll for a variety of pelagic fish as well as bottom fish for numerous species depending on the season. Your trip starts at 7:00 a.m. and will last for up to 10 hours. You should only bring your snacks and drinks before you depart.
