We had the Best time out on the Kasilof River yesterday! 5 of us went out! It was our grandson’s first time at 18 yrs old visiting from WI. And our granddaughter’s first time fishing for Salmon too!! She’s 5 years old! Our guide Jess was Amazing! He was so helpful! He took us to some great spots and we caught a lot of Salmon!! He was super at getting over fast to net them for us!! We highly recommend them! So much fun! We even saw a mama Moose and her 2 babies!

Had the pleasure of fishing with Jess on the Kasilof for the day.  He was patient and positive, keeping the group well instructed and in the game.  We caught plenty of salmon to take home and share with family.  I recommend Alaskan Adventures on the Kasilof.  If you are lucky enough to have Jess as your guide, you can expect to have a great day on the river.

They let us know ahead of time that we were in between salmon runs and probably wouldn’t catch much. We appreciated their honesty and decided to move forward with our trip. Caught like 8 sockeye and our first time experience of salmon fishing was great! We will go again in July when the sockeye are really running!

Captain Mikey went above and beyond to help us catch our full Limit . He was friendly and helpful . He got us in fish right away. It was our first time flossing for fish and he explained and demonstrated the technique perfectly!

Our guide Jess was charismatic and a very fun guide who knew what he was doing and had fun doing it. He was very hard working and put us on fish !
