This 35' Marlago vessel by Jefferson Yachts was based on the original 33' Cigarette wide body by legendary Don Aranow with a pad hull and step transom added. She'll get you offshore fast, comfortable, and with style. The boat has Garmin and Simrad electronics, including satellite radio, satellite weather, 14 speaker stereo system with 860 watt 5 channel amplify, Bluetooth, fish mapping, radar autopilot, etc.
There's enough room for 6 guests to start this adventure. To make the experience more comfortable, the boat also features fresh water shower, saltwater washdown, huge swimming platform with a ladder for easy on and off.
June and July are all about Red Snapper and the beginning of Gag Grouper season. This is the most popular time of year for offshore fishing. After catching your limit of Red Snapper and some Grouper, you can move on to trolling for pelagic fish like Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo, and even Sailfish. Or fish wrecks and offshore freshwater springs for fish like huge Amberjack, Goliath Grouper, Mangrove Snapper, Yellow Tail Snapper, African Pompano, Barracuda, Sharks, Wahoo, and other exotic fish.

You could feel the pride he puts into his boat and keeping his clients safe. Plus he helped me achieve catching a shark as big as me! Gave us great restaurants options on where to get our fresh catches cooked up, even the best ways to have it prepared. Great knowledge about the area around here, and is very friendly to talk too! His co crew man, Chris was just as great as the Captain Joe. They did not make me like a tourist one bit. I will definitely be booking again, and it will be the 8 hours one, not the 4 hours. 4 hour was the right amount of time for new people like us fishing in the ocean. But I’m coming back prepared and ready to take on the whole day fishing with the men next time! 🌊🎣 Sorry, Chris for the google blast of your face, but it’s the best picture of the fish! 🐠

Crazy 3 Goliath grouper day doubled up at one point. And then after some snapper chased down for monster Reef Donkeys. 11 hrs of pure sport would recommend 15/10 times…

We caught amberjacks, Goliath grouper and blackfin tuna, all of which were a first for us. I would definitely go again and recommend to anyone interested in offshore fishing

6 Hour offshore deepsea fish trip . on December 2, 2023Capt Joe took me out on a 6 hr hogfish trip and we caught hogfish at every spot. We were able to catch our limit. The Capt a mate both were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in teaching the technique to catch these tricky eaters. Had an awesome day

6 Hour Offshore/Wreck Trip on July 27, 2021 • 4 adultsFamily trip with two kids (12 and 5) and was perfect! He had us on fish right away, avoided some bad weather, and was great with the kids! Very knowledgeable and personable as well. Definitely will book with him again next time we are here!!

We flew down for one day to fish. The captain we had booked bailed on us for “bad weather”. Captain Joseph and his first mate John, agreed to take us and saved our weekend. The weather was beautiful and the fish plentiful! Highly recommend this crew!! Went far and beyond to make sure we all had a great time and to put us on the fish! We will be back.
