Join Go Tarpon and explore some of the most beautiful waters of Puerto Rico! The lagoons of San Juan are some of the best spots in the region to catch Tarpon. Captain Rafael is a USCG licensed guide with over 25 years of fishing experience, and he’ll make sure you tick some monsters off your bucket list!
You’ll head out on a 20’ Bayshore center console boat, powered by a 150 HP Yamaha engine. The vessel is equipped with a standard set of navigational and fish finding equipment, such as GPS, radio, and Fishfinder. It can accommodate fishing parties of up to 4 anglers, so it’s perfect for an adventure with a few friends.
Capt. Rafael will provide all the fishing gear for your excursion, along with live and artificial bait. If you’d like to do some fly fishing, let your captain know so he can prepare the equipment. Fishing licenses for all anglers are provided as well.
Regardless of your age or skill level, Tarpon fishing in Puerto Rico is an experience you won’t soon forget. These waters are brimming with fish – not only the Silver King, but a variety of other inshore game species, such as Snook, Ladyfish, Snapper, Grouper, and Mackerel.
The charter is only 5 to 15 minutes away from the major hotel area, so you can get straight on the fish! Soft drinks and water are also provided, along with a cooler filled with ice.
All you need to do is book Go Tarpon Puerto Rico, and you’re ready for an amazing fishing experience out of San Juan!
