Description

A.M. Charters offers a selection of different trip options fishing along the Florida Gulf Coast and way out into the deep blue waters offshore. Leaving out of the Venice/Nokomis jetties, A.M Charters focuses on providing fun-filled days catching some of the many different target species in the area.

Captain Daniel Sablich’s 32 ft Tiara sportfishing boat is the perfect place to be for a great day fishing the gulf. Powered by twin 275HP Crusader engines up to a cruising speed of 28 knots, she will happily carry 8 anglers out in comfort and safety. The vessel comes equipped with GPS, fishfinder, a livewell, and everything you will need for the day’s fishing. The boat also features a clean and cozy interior with a galley, bathroom, and plenty of space to relax after a hard-fought battle.

A.M. Charters offers a huge range of charter options, from a couple of hours pulling up something tasty on light tackle as the sun sets, to 12-hour offshore marathons heading 40+ miles out in search of big game pelagics. You will be provided with a choice of light and heavy tackle, and the option to switch between bottom fishing, trolling, popping, spinning, jigging, and drift fishing to make sure the fish never stop biting.

All trips come with live bait, licenses, and a cleaning and filleting service for whatever you want to take away at the end of the day. Captain Daniel prides himself on offering great service at seriously competitive rates, so in his words “take a day off and let’s go fishing!”

Had my second offshore trip with Captain Dan. He knows the area as the back of his hand, and there is no such thing as “fish is not biting” with him. We landed a couple of keeper groupers, lots of grunts and snappers, and then went for king fish: we had three hits and one serious fight, which the fish won. What makes it even more fun, is that Captain Dan is an avid fisherman himself and loves fishing. The boat “Second Chance” is perfect for up to 4 people to go 8-10 miles offshore. Shall definitely book him next time.
