You’ll be gliding through waves on board the Sisu Downeast model from 1990, which was restored in 2020. It is 30’ and it can host groups of up to 6 guests. There’s fishfinding equipment to improve your trip experience, and you can use onboard downriggers for some trolling and bottom fishing. The boat is fitted with a single Perkins V8 engine with 250 hp.

This charter covers inshore and nearshore areas with reef and wreck locations. Although you might encounter fish throughout the year, the season is slow from December till April. Depending on the month you can target delicious Black Seabass, Tautog, and Flounder, just to name a few. Check with your captain which fish is in season. You can go after your catch with several fishing techniques like light and heavy tackle, trolling, and deep-sea fishing.

The crew will provide you with all the necessary fishing gear, lures, and baits. Furthermore, the charter covers your Connecticut fishing license. You just bring your snacks and refreshments.
