Captain Maryann and Sean made this short trip the best. Took the wife and 16 year old son out on their first trip. Went off shore with Maryann setting the direction offshore for the “college try”! Sean set everything up for us to just “catch”. 4 hour trip gave us two huge tuna! Wife and son made the most of the catch with Sean’s help. Won’t forget this trip! Highly recommend this crew and boat and will definitely use them again imehen we come back! You guys rock!

Sean tried hard to get us to the fish we wanted and Jason had the lines set and helped us reel in the catch.  We caught lots of mahis and barracudas that day (the tuna was “the one that got away”) ending up with 3 beautiful mahis which they filleted for us at the dock. Sean told us where we could have our catch cooked that night and we enjoyed our mahi blackened with sides at a local restaurant down the street. The we froze the rest to take home to Boston the next day. A great adventure in fishing!

Jason and his crew did an exceptional job of finding and keeping us on the fish. We started out fishing for Yellow Tail and quickly boated 10 keepers in asunder an hour. Jason netted some live ballyhoo, and we hit the troll. The troll was slow at first, but once Jason found the birds, we found the fish. Boated several nice gaffer dolphin, a couple of Bonita and a few barracuda. While the dolphin bit is certainly hit or Miss this time of year in Key West, Jason found them and circled back and got them again. The crew worked tirelessly setting the baits, clearing lines and couching us through the catch. Great charter crew, would highly recommend (and I have 30 years of offshore experience).

We had an amazing trip.  Sean and Jason both were great to be around and were very invested in making sure my wife and I had a good time.  We wanted to catch a variety so they took us to the reef and had us catching fish within minutes of making our first stop.  We caught several snapper, some mackerel, and a very interesting looking strawberry grouper at our first stop.  Decided to go to a second location and try for some bigger fish, again had success almost immediately.  More snapper and mackerel and a very lively shark.  We were having a great time and then one of the rods bent over with a bigger fish.  We fought trying to bring that fish up for about 30 minutes and we’re rewarded with a magnificent Goliath Grouper that Captain estimated between 200 and 250 pounds.  What an incredible experience!!
