Your boat is a restored 23’ Chaparral cuddy cabin that can sit up to 3 anglers. It’s powered by a 115 HP Yamaha V6 engine and equipped with modern VHF radio technology that makes navigation easier. The boat has got a portable toilet and features snorkeling equipment.

You and the captain will be deep sea fishing and trolling backcountry waters for Mahi Mahi and Bonito. You decide whether you’ll release the fishing you catch or keep it and take home to enjoy these delicious species.

For your trip, you should bring your rods, reels, tackle, as well as bait. Captain Ruben Gildardo will supply you with drinks, so what’s left for you to bring are your licenses and the food of your choice.

"I am Aquaman and I love the ocean!" Captain Ruben Gildardo is a local fishing fanatic who was born and raised in beautiful San Carlos, so it's safe to say he knows these waters like the back of his hand! He used to fish alone until his friends and family suggested making a living out of something he loves doing. Thanks to them, he started running charters in 2005 and has been enjoying these waters with guests ever since. As well as sharing his local knowledge with anglers from all over the world, he also shows off his skills by taking part in local tournaments.
