Bay Fishing SPI welcomes you to South Padre Island, Texas and invites you for a fun stay on the water! Captain Raine Williams has got 20 years of experience fishing in the Laguna Madre of South Padre Island and knows how to make your trip the best possible. Bring your friends, family, and kids, and let’s go fishing!

Your journey starts on a 21’ Shallow Stalker bay boat that can accommodate up to 4 anglers. Kids are more than welcome to join aboard!

Captain Raine provides high-end fishing tackle, bait, ice, and drinking water. He can also clean and fillet your catch when the trip is over. You should bring your fishing license, sunscreen, personal drinks and snacks, and the captain suggests bringing polarized sunglasses as well.

Hello, I’m Captain Raine, born and raised an avid fisherman. I have lived in Deep South Texas for about 21 years. I obtained my captain’s license early 2020. I grew up in Florida, and I come from a long line of fisherman. We moved to Panama when I was a teenager and talk about awesome fishing in the Canal Zone! During my young adult life, I used to fish at Gatun Lake for my dinner… no fish, no dinner. I moved back to the states and worked in manufacturing engineering, which brought me down to the Rio Grande Valley. I am semi-retired now and dedicate most of my time to fishing, guiding, and sharing my knowledge of what I love. Everywhere I have lived, I have made sure there was a body of water to fish. I have fished throughout the American Continents including: USA, Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, Panama, Venezuela, Brazil, and Canada. I love the hunt in salt or fresh water fishing. I live to fish!! So, Let’s Go Fishing!
