Come join us for a fun-filled day of fishing out of the legendary Hatteras, NC. Captain Johnny Fairbanks loves fishing and wants you to enjoy it just as much as him. We strive to make every trip an unforgettable experience on the water and offer personalized trips to the customer’s desires. From hardcore fishing to relaxing family outings, with children. We are ready to get you on the water.

You’ll fish from a 24’ Carolina Skiff center console with room for up to 6 anglers and a 140 HP Suzuki engine that can reach a maximum cruising speed of 25 knots. The boat uses all the modern fishfinder, GPS, as well as radio technology to take you to the fish safely and quickly and has also got a flybridge.

The species you can target are Red Drum, Speckled Trout, Bluefish, Sheepshead, Cobia, and a variety of other species. Using light tackle, you and the captain will catch them by casting, jigging, bait fishing, as well as sight fishing. You’re free to choose if you’ll keep your catch and take it home or just release it back into the water.

You will need sunscreen, snacks, drinks, etc. There is storage on the boat for your belongings and all fishing gear and bait is included in the trip as well as fishing licenses.

    You and the captain will explore the Pamlico Sound and nearshore waters of Hatteras and have fun chasing various species. The trip starts at 12:00 p.m. Make sure you have your snacks and drinks and the captain will take care of the rest.

Having grown up in Hatteras, NC, Captain John has always admired all the charter boats and captains. With his first job cleaning a boat when he was 10, the captain would eventually get his first full-time job mating offshore at the age of 14. Having fished with some amazing charter captains, he gained knowledge on the industry and is ready to use everything he's learned!

Customers can cancel or modify their booking up to 3 days before the trip date free of charge. If the trip is canceled or modified later, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the deposit will be charged.
