This half day trip did not disappoint! The boat & crew were all we could hope for, along with the catch! Brad and Steve were patient, kind and fun with our younger kids, and very knowledgeable on the water. We knew what to expect before the trip, and Steve was quick to respond with any questions. Once we found the sweet spot, we were hooking them back to back. We had rods going off back to back, with younger kids (some of you parents know how that can be) and instead of being any bit of a stressful situation, these guys made it a breeze!! Each of us ended up with 2 a piece and memories to last forever. Highly recommend and will book again!!!

Great experience from first booking to the catch n’ clean.

We had a small family group that doubled in size, so six on one boat turned into twelve now needing two boats.

Capt. Steve put it all together and got us two boats.  Got us on the lake and pulled 16 salmon in total.  I even had a possible late addition the night before, and Steve was willing to try and get me a third boat.  Didn’t happen due to issues on my end, but he gave contact info so the new additions might possibly catch a charter with some cancellations.

Book these guys when you can b/c they book up quickly and know there stuff.

Captain Steve and first mate Brad were great. We took our three young kids out for their first trip and they loved it. The Knotty Girl III was perfect with lots of space for all the kids. Brad was great with the kids, helping them hold their catches and even showing them a quick magic trick. We caught plenty of fish and went home with a freezer full of fillets. Thank you Captain Steve and Brad for making our trip to Ludington one of our favorite family memories. We hope to be back again next year.
