Hingle’s Guide Service

Laguna Harbor Cove Boulevard
Bolivar Peninsula TX, United States

Fish the waters of Galveston Bay and the Gulf of Mexico in style aboard Capt. Darrell Hingle’s 33 ft catamaran ‘Catillac’. With trips ranging from five to twelve hours, Hingle’s Guide Service gives you the opportunity to fish the bays, nearshore waters, and deep blue offshore waters from the heart of Galveston.

The ‘Catillac’ is a World Cat 300 Tournament edition boat that is every angler’s dream. With two hulls, the boat has an extremely shallow draft which allows her to reach areas that are inaccessible to boats of her size with conventional hulls. At the same time, the boat’s design gives her an extremely smooth ride even in the choppiest of seas.

Up to six anglers can fish in comfort aboard the Catillac, which is fitted with ample storage, large fish boxes, two live wells, and four 12V DC plugs that can power downriggers, electric reels, or kites. The stand up head gives privacy for the ladies, and an oversize hard top provides plenty of shade, giving you the perfect combination of fishability and comfort.

Whether you want to experience the adrenaline rush of offshore fishing for King Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Sharks, Tuna, huge Red Snapper and more, or to test your skills on inshore fish such as the crafty Redfish and Speckled Trout, Hingle’s Guide Service has the experience and equipment you need for a great time. With a captain who is one of the few B.O.I’s (born on the island) with over 20 years experience as a charter captain, you are bound to have a memorable day on the water.

About the Captain

Born in Galveston I have fished here my whole life, I enjoy giving people the same experiences I have had on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Whether it's fishing around Galveston bay or deep in the waters of the Gulf of Mexico I will do my best to ensure a fun, safe trip. When you book your trip with me you will be fishing with me, not some random guy running someone else's boat.
