Had a great afternoon on the water with Capt. Jesse’s associate Capt. Mike!! The boat was set up with the latest technology, and a captain that knows how to use it. These guys work very hard to put you on the fish. Their goal is for you to catch fish, not just take you fishing and collect your money. Capt. Jesse was great to communicate with and very prompt in responding. I will most definitely book with these guys again in the future when visiting family in San Antonio!!

Never chartered before. Decided to try it n see. For the first time ever I limited on reds. My cousin did as well! The captain was very knowledgeable and while the cold (mid to upper 30’s most of the trip. I know i should have waited for warmer to book a trip…) did make it more challenging to find them, once we did it was great! He was able to find plenty of fish for us to catch, and we even had to throw some back because we limited out!

Capt. Jesse was an awesome guide! He was knowledgeable both about his equipment and the lake we were on. He was very professional and gave us clear directions on where and when to show up. Despite the hot weather, and a fleet of other boats who weren’t catching well, Capt. Jesse consistently put us on fish our entire trip. We caught fish when no one else was and several of them were keepers we were able to take home. There were no awkward silences either-we had a great conversations with our guide as well.

Capt Jesse was additionally super considerate and accomodating of our guest who has mobility issues. We had worried that he’d have a good experience-no problems there. Our guest coundn’t stop talking about how much fun he had. A great guide for both new and experienced fishermen.  We’ll booking with Capt. Jesse again and soon!

Jesse was fantastic, very professional and seems to be an all around good guy. He knows the area, where and when to find the fish and has all the equipment you’ll need for a good time. I’ll definitely go with him again and recommend you not waste time and money with anyone else!
