The lady in office was not helpful with providing suggestions on best and most economical transportation and it cost us additional 110.00 dollars to get there. We were told that we could purchase beer and that cost us 12.00 US dollars a six pack .
Guide and deck hand were fine but we had a tough day of fishing , but that’s fishing and we can not control that part .
Being nice and helpful to customers is free . I will do it again but this trip was a learning curve . I fished out of a ponga in June and it was fine .

Please go back and read the confirmations I sent you.  There were three different times I suggest transportation to you that would have been less expensive (about half of what you paid)  but you decided not to use it.  Also, I pointed out to you where to go to get the beer that was more economical but you went to the store I told you not to use.

I am sorry that you thought that wasn’t enough information to be helpful and nice.
