I grew up bass fishing in North and East Texas but fly fishing found me in 2003 and I never looked back. We’ll be chasing trophy quality Rainbow, Brown, and Palomino Trout and we might “accidentally” pick up a Small Mouth or Guadalupe Bass along the way.

Beginner and experienced anglers are welcome.  I encourage you to bring your kids too. I enjoy teaching as much as fishing and you’ll leave with a thorough understanding of fly casting, reading water, access spots to come back by yourself, and how to enjoy any and every day on the river. 

I supply all gear needed but you are welcome to bring your own. We only fly fish and we practice catch and release without exception.  Wader rentals are available at the local fly shop right down the road.

I’m rowing a fully rigged 14’ Outcast raft that can accommodate up to 2 anglers. This raft is a beast and the ride through 4-5 rapids is almost as fun as the fishing. I provide drinks and snacks on half days plus lunch on full days. All you need is a fishing license and a desire to have fun.
