We only caught one fish in 6 hours, fish aren’t guaranteed I understand. Obviously very hot in Mexico, the boat had no A/C, and the fan was broken so it was a miserable trip with no way to cool off. We weren’t allowed to bottom fish, only trolling. And only had enough bait for maybe 9 rods they didn’t even have bait for bottom fishing. Definitely will not give them my business. They’re locals with just as nice boats that will take you out cheaper

There were 3 to 4 foot swells.  It would have better if they suggested going another day hard to fish. Ride was uncomfortable. But the a c. I the cabin did not work and it was miserably hot when you spend that kind of money for a private charter I didn’t pay for a boat that didn’t work as designe My Wife and I are seniors and could not climb the ladder….spwe settled in the lowe4 cabin….as one of the men on the bottom deck opened the screen wuich was torn and hanging down, I asked if he could turn on the air conditioner THE EMPLOYEE of Yours told me “it doesnt work,,,,,please ask him why? t was very warm and uncomfortable…..and we were not treated rught by this action   VERY DISAPPOINTED

I am sorry you were disappointed with your trip.  I just pulled all the records and find the following.  You are correct that the waves were three to four feet.  That is very normal for here and perfectly good for fishing.
I do see in the records that fishing was slow that date.
I also checked the maintenance records for that boat and checked with the customers who fished in the afternoon.  The air condition on the boat worked for them so I don’t know what the problem was when you were here.
Again, sorry you were disappointed.
