Executive Saltwater Charters is a full-service private deep sea fishing charter service in Shalimar (just a few miles from Destin, FL) that offers 4 to 10-hour excursions designed specifically around each client, group, or family. Whether it’s a half or full day of fishing, Captain Ryan Cocker or Master Captain Barry Wilson and their crew guarantee a fun day for all.
The crew’s 32’ Cape Horn center console provides plenty of room and seating for up to 6 guests, including kids (age 6 and older please). The boat comes with a wireless trolling motor, livewell, outriggers, ice box and twin engines to make sure you never get stranded. You’ll also have a first mate on board to tend to all your needs including baiting your hook, gaffing the giants, and professionally cleaning your catch at the end of your trip. (First mates are paid via tips only.)
You’ll start off your fishing expedition by a quick stop to catch live bait and then head straight out looking for King Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, and Blackfin Tuna nearshore to get you on the fish fast. For the second part of the trip, the Captain will anchor offshore to catch some good eats such as Grouper, Red Snapper, Vermillion Snapper and Amberjack (all contingent on the season).
You can expect to use techniques such as light tackle, heavy tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, big game fishing, drift fishing, and jigging.
If joining us for a Pelagic Trolling Only Trip, plan on a quick stop for bait and then head out between 15-25 miles offshore to look for those giant Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Sailfish, Blackfin Tuna and Yellowfin Tuna.
All rods, reels, tackle, and bait are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Your trip will include all the necessary fishing licenses for the day. Keep in mind that smoking is not allowed.
Book now for an awesome day on the water and get ready to bring home the catch and memories of a lifetime!
