DLD Deep Sea Fishing Charters welcomes you to the stunningly beautiful and rich waters of South Africa. You’ll start your adventure in Thungwini, KwaZulu-Natal and head out offshore to catch many delicious and hard-fighting species that roam the area. Skipper Deon Pretorius is there to guide you and make sure you have the best time possible. Join him aboard and have a delightful day on the water!

Your vessel will be a 20’ Cobra Cat 630 saltwater fishing boat with room for up to 5 guests. Running on twin 100 HP Mercury Optimax engines, it will take you to the fish in no time. It uses Garmin GPS, a fishfinder, and a radio for navigation, and is equipped with a fighting chair, a livewell, and outriggers. You have an ice-box at your disposal, a multimedia system, as well as a first mate during the trip.

Some of the fish you’ll target include Yellowfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Marlin, Jobfish, Wahoo, and Trevally. Using light and heavy tackle, you can catch them by deep sea fishing, trolling, spinning, jigging, as well as popping. You decide whether you’ll release your catch or take it home. Depending on your choice, the crew will clean and bag it for you. Kids are welcome to come aboard.

Skipper Deon takes care of the fishing equipment, live bait, lures, as well as snacks, so just bring licenses and the food of your choice before you start the trip.

DLD Deep Sea Fishing Charters is waiting for you!
