This involves 4-hour trips, mainly fishing for Striped Bass and Crappie, depending on the season and conditions of the day. Your fishing adventure starts on a 20’ Carolina Skiff boat that can safely take up to 4 anglers. This boat comes with a large cooler, wireless trolling motor, and Bluetooth radio for your listening pleasure.

Please make sure to buy a valid fishing license ahead of time. The boat will be supplied with snacks and drinks for your pleasure, be sure to let the captain know if you have any questions or want to bring your own.

Malik will provide your guide service at either West Point Lake, Lake Allatoona, or Lake Lanier. Chose the location and you will be sent the boat ramp address after your deposit has been made. Target species: Crappie, Hybrid Striped Bass, Spotted Bass, and White Bass.

    Enjoy a lovely afternoon day of fishing on Lake Lanier, Lake Allatoona, or West Point Lake. Chose the location and Capt. Malik will send you the boat ramp address after you make your deposit. The species you can catch include Crappy, Hybrid Striped Bass, Spotted Bass, White Bass, and more. Live bait and artificial bait is used to catch fish.

In spite of his impoverished project housing and urban surroundings, Capt. Malik was able to develop his fishing skills in salt and freshwater fishing areas which were no more than 10-30 minutes from home. As an avid sport fisherman with respect and safety, opportunity, success, and teamwork, he decided to announce his involvement in the community and get the youth to participate in fishing and the outdoors. Capt. Malik Wilder is the founder and certified fishing Instructor of Fishing For HipHop, LLC. (FFHH) as well as a certified fishing instructor for the Hooked on Fishing – Not on Drugs national program in the Metro Atlanta, Georgia area. With over 25 years of fishing skills and experience, he recognized the need to raise awareness of sport fishing and boating. Capt. Malik has been featured on one of the World Fishing Network’s major fishing TV shows. He’s received conservationist awards and featured on various TV News networks, in magazines, and on radio shows.

Morning bite was serious today. Drifting and getting big hits from huge catfish and stripedbass. 20’ to 30’ of water, overcast and 80 degrees. The conditions were perfect.
