Snap Em Up Fishing offers you nearshore, offshore, wreck, and reef fishing trips out of Tavernier, Florida. Apart from a fun and exciting chase for various tough-fighting and tasty fish, Captain Will Coffin also offers you a chance to enjoy targetting Lobster. Captain Will has been fishing all his life and has worked dedicatedly to build his skills and acquire his skills. Join him aboard and have a memorable experience as you explore the beautiful and fish-rich waters of Florida!

Your trip takes place on a 29 Sea vee center console. It accommodates 4 guests, runs on twin 300 HP mercury verado engines, and has got a portable toilet you can use. The boat features modern navigation technology, a livewell, and an ice-box.

Using techniques such as bottom fishing, drift fishing, trolling, and more, you’ll target Yellowtail, Mutton, and Vermilion Snapper, Black and Snowy Grouper, Kingfish, Sailfish, Mahi, Blackfin Tuna, and Wahoo. It’s up to you whether you’ll keep your catch or return it back into the water.

Captain Will supplies you with all the rods, reels, tackle, live bait, lures, as well as fishing licenses. If you keep your catch, he’ll be happy to clean it and fillet it for you. Just bring whatever food you like and you’ll be ready for your adventure.

Capt. Will was great. We had a mix of seasoned fisherman to first time outers. Capt. Will quickly realized who knew what and tailored the fishing experience as required. Weather was fantastic. First stop and within 10 minutes we were landing Tuna. The day just kept getting better. Second stop for Mahi took a bit longer to produce, but Will was persistent and next thing we know we’re in a school of Mahi. At one point we had 5 on the lines all at once. We had an incredible day out on the water with a very talented and professional Capt. there’s a reason Will has so many 5 star reviews.

We had a blast catching lobster with Captain Will!

4 Hour Trip – Lobster on August 18, 2025 • 3 adults

We have never gone lobstering before and were a little bit hesitant about booking the charter. From the moment we got on the boat, Will put us at ease. Started us off easy in the bay and explained everything to us. He got in the water for the first couple to show us how to do it. When he saw us struggling to get them in the net, he jumped back in to help guide us along. He is very patient and knows how to get the lobster in the boat. We almost caught our limit, but being beginners, we let alot sneak out of the net. We were having so much fun we extended our trip out to 6 hours from the original 4 hours we booked. If you want to have a really fun day, call Captain Will and he will take care of the rest! We will be calling him again the next time we are in the Keys!

Amazing fishing

We started out early and throughout the day we fished for multiple different fish. Even when the fish were not biting Will Had many different techniques to get them biting. While other couldn’t find fish we limited out! We will for sure be back to fish with captain will.

Great Experience! Caught Fish!

2 Hour Trip – Snapper on August 20, 2025 • 3 adults

Great time with Captain Will. He knows where to go and was patient with anglers with little or no experience. Make sure to choose this one for your Islamorada fishing trip. We did a short early morning trip and were happy with it.
