You’ll head out on beautiful Lake Tawakoni that offers you a wide variety of fish to catch. Captain Jason is there to take you to the best spots and help you have a pleasant and fun stay on the water. The captain makes sure that all the proceeds he makes are used to take veterans on fishing trips free of charge. He’s thankful for you booking with him and making this vision a reality.
Your trip takes place on a 21’ Mako 21 LTS center console that can fit up to 3 anglers. It runs on a 225 HP Mercury Pro XS engine, uses a fishfinder and GPS for navigation, and has also got a wireless trolling motor. In order to supply live bait, the boat’s equipped with a livewell.
Using light and heavy tackle, you can try out bottom fishing, trolling, drift fishing, and jigging. The species you’ll be targetting include Striped, White, and Hybrid Striped Bass, as well as Catfish and Crappie. You decide if you’ll keep or release the fish you catch.
Captain Jason will provide you with the rods, reels, tackle, live bait, lures, and even catch cleaning and filleting. Bring your fishing license as well as any food and drinks you like.
