Good Mojo Fishing Charters is operated by some of the most experienced fishermen on the Atlantic coast of Florida, captains Mike and Ricky - read the customer reviews below to hear what our guests thought about their experience. Their boat, the Navigator, has been meticulously maintained and is rigged to fish.
Navigator is a 50’ Viking Sportfish with plenty of room for 6 guests and 2-3 crew. She has a fully-equipped interior with AC, 2 seating areas, and a full galley. Two Sub-Zero fridges will keep any snacks and drinks you bring nice and cold while you fish. Further forward in the boat, you’ll find spacious bathroom facilities.
In the rear cockpit, you’ll find a fighting chair, live well, and all the equipment needed for a fun and relaxing day of fishing. Up on the flybridge, there is plenty of seating area and a great 360-degree view of everything around you, whether you want to admire the scenery or watch the spread when trolling for Wahoo, Tuna, and Sailfish. On the flybridge, you’ll see the helm area that has an array of electronics to help you find the best locations to fish and increase your chances of landing the ‘big one’!
The crew uses many different techniques, e.g. bottom fishing, trolling, live bait, kite fishing, sight casting, deep dropping, but please tell the captain if there’s a specific type of fishing that interests you. Typically, you’ll target Sailfish, King Mackerel, Wahoo, Dorado, Blackfin Tuna, and Snapper but you can up your game and go out into the deeper water for Swordfish. When live bait is required, this adds an extra cost to the charter.
The crew mostly fishes in depths of 100 to 1,200 feet which puts you right in the gulf stream where the best fishing is. This can change depending on the latest intel on the best places to fish and species to target. Captains Mike and Ricky pay close attention to this and will always recommend what fish to chase.
