You'll have the biggest chance in the winter, but only if the water temperature doesn't get too low, such as in January.

If Bonefish is your main target, you can look forward to catching this fish almost any time of year. This is especially true in the winter, on the condition that the water doesn't get too cold. January is the only month when Bonefish is unlikely to show up.
