Hocus Pocus Sport Fishing
Hocus Pocus Sport Fishing runs inshore and offshore trips out of Ocean City, MD and is excited to show you our varied and challenging fishing grounds.
Capt. Yanni and his brother Capt. Menel are dedicated to making sure you have an exciting day offshore on the fish. You’ll have the opportunity to use fishing styles such as bottom fishing, trolling, fly fishing, drift fishing, jigging and spinning. The Hocus Pocus is equipped for whatever the day may bring or the angler may want to experience. As part of the 4 to 30-hour trips, you can target species like Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Marlin, Sea Bass, Flounder, and Swordfish; all depending on the season and weather conditions.
Hocus Pocus is a Bertram 31, completely restored by a renowned local fisherman who was radar focused on making her a compact fishing powerhouse. He re-powered her with twin Yanmar 315 diesels and designed her for ultimate equipment storage and a maximum fishing cockpit space. When he decided to move onto a larger private fishing boat, our family bought Black Magic and created Hocus Pocus.
She is outfitted with top-of-the-line gear; including new Garmin electronics: chart plotter, radar, fish finder, autopilot, video camera and JPR custom rods w/ Penn reels. All of the tackle on the boat is constantly updated and re-rigged to assure everything is in perfect working order for each trip.
The price of your trip includes all rods, reels, tackle and bait you’ll need for a productive day on the water.
All fishing licenses and paperwork are taken care of by the captain. The team at Hocus Pocus is here to help you with anything you need. We look forward to making your offshore adventure a lifetime memory.
All our charters are child-friendly, (although we don’t recommend the 30 are for young children) so you’re welcome to bring your kids for a fun fishing adventure.
Book your trip now and hit the water with Hocus Pocus.
Please know, mates work for tips and 20% is customary.
