Have fun chasing fish, enjoy some beautiful nature, and make the memories of a lifetime together with Barbarian Sportfishing. If you happen to be in the Richmond, CA area, make sure to pay a visit to Captain John Badger and his crew. They’ll take you to the area’s inshore or nearshore waters and do everything in their power to make your trip productive and full of fun. Book today and spend a wonderful day on California’s bountiful waters.

The boat you’ll be using is a 28’ Farallon cuddy cabin that can safely sit up to 5 anglers. Powered by a 330 HP Volvo diesel engine and rigged with a variety of navigation electronics, this vessel will take you to the best fishing spots quickly and safely. It comes with a portable toilet and features an ice-box for your convenience. For any additional help during the trip, there’ll also be a first mate at your disposal.

Fishing close to shore, you and the crew will have a great time on the water chasing prized Halibut. To do this, you can try trolling and drift fishing using light tackle. If you’d like to keep the fish you catch and take it home, you’re free to do so. Capt. John even offers free catch cleaning and filleting after the trip.

Kids are welcome to join aboard, and the captain will provide rods, reels, tackle, and live bait for everyone on board. All you need to do is pack some food and drinks and bring your fishing licenses with you, and you’re good to go!

Barbarian Sportfishing is waiting for you. Join them and make some incredible memories fishing!
