Jarrod McKenzie Fishing LLC is located in Holmes Beach and offers to show you a memorable time in these waters. Capt. Jarrod was born and raised in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island and has been fishing these grounds his entire life. If you want to be shown around by a real local, if you want to see the real Florida, and if you want to catch some real fish, give him a call!
Capt. Jarrod will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. This involves 3 to 10-hour trips, mainly fishing for Snook, Snapper, Redfish, Tarpon, Spotted Seatrout, and King Mackerel, depending on the season and conditions on the day. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as light tackle, heavy tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, fly fishing, jigging, and spinning.
Your fishing adventure starts on a 24’ Carolina Skiff boat that can safely take up to 6 anglers.
All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Your trip will include all the necessary fishing licenses for the day, cooler space, dry storage, and ice. The crew will clean and fillet your catch for you to take home at the end of the trip. Just bring some snacks and drinks. Alcohol is okay but make sure not to bring glass.
