Capt. Alex Binder specializes in bottom and Striped Bass fishing. He has been working on boats since a young age. Fishing from Sandy Hook in New Jersey to the East & West coasts of Florida, the knowledge he has gained is unmatched and will help you understand the basics of what it takes to make your day on the water the best it can be.
The captain will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. This involves 4 to 12-hour trips, mainly fishing for Flounder, Seabass, Bluefish, Mahi Mahi, or Tuna, depending on the season and conditions on the day. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as light tackle, bottom fishing, big game fishing, drift fishing, jigging, popping, and spinning.
Your fishing adventure starts on a 23’ Contender center console that can safely take up to 5 anglers. Powered by a 300 HP Suzuki engine, she gives you a cruising speed of over 28 knots. She’s fully rigged with a top-class navigation system that will help put you on the fish in no time.
All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Your trip will include all the necessary fishing licenses for the day. The crew will clean and fillet your catch for you to take home at the end of the trip. Bring any snacks and drinks you want, you can store them in the onboard ice-box. Kids of all ages are welcome to join in. Captain Alex provides life jackets of all sizes, kids under 12 are required to wear them.
