Explore Barclay Sound and Alberni Inlet with BobKatz Charters! Captain Bob has been fishing in these waters for decades and knows them like the back of his palm. Being on the water is what always relaxes him, but even more, he loves to share his knowledge with other people and show them why catching fish got him hooked for life.
You’ll be fishing on a 28’ Grady White that accommodates up to 5 guests. This angler boat is powered by twin 200 HP Mercury engines and reaches the speed of 26 knots. The boat is equipped with navigational electronics, so you can count on always being where the fish are and getting there with ease. There is also a private toilet, a live bait tank, a cooler, and downriggers.
The trips are available during summer months and you can go after Chinook, Coho, and Sockeye Salmon, which you’ll mainly target by trolling. It’s a fun waiting game, as you’ll enjoy a slow ride until something bites.
You can release the catch or keep it if you’re planning to have a delicious meal afterward. The captain will clean and fillet your fish free of charge. All fishing equipment is included in the price but you need to cover your fishing licenses, food, and drinks.
Brung your loved ones and enjoy a fun day on the water! Bob Kayz Charters welcome you aboard!
