Winhole Charters specializes in using light tackle to catch bay, and ocean Striped Bass, Fluke, and Bluefish. They can also accommodate parties of up to 2 people looking to fish for Porgies (Scup), Sea Bass, False Albacore, and Blackfish. You’ll be using techniques like bottom fishing, fly fishing, jigging, popping, and spinning, depending on what you’re going after. No bait is used in this type of fishing!
You’ll be fishing from an 18’ Parker boat with enough room for up to 2 anglers at any single time. All the necessary fishing gear is included in the price of your trip, light custom rods and shimano stradic reels. As for fishing licenses, everything will be taken care of by the captain, so you don’t have to worry about it.
You’ll be able to keep any legal species caught during the trip. You’ll find bottled water on the boat for your convenience, but you’re always welcome to pack your own drinks and snacks should you want to. During the full-day trips, light snacks and soft drinks will be available.
