Out Of The Blue Charters takes you fishing around the Islamorada flats. The sportfishing capital of the world, Islamorada, rightly boasts one of the most diverse fishing grounds worldwide. It’s a year-round action and Capt. Todd of the Out Of The Blue will take you out for some nice fishing.

Capt. Todd has been a fisherman his whole life. He grew up fishing the Keys and picked up a lot of skills and techniques from senior anglers. He perfected his knowledge and now takes out numerous repeat customers to get an enviable catch. Just have a look at the photos and you’ll know what’s in store for anglers who book a trip with him.

You will be fishing on an 18’ Hell’s Bay flats boat built in 2016. She is powered by a 115 HP Mercury engine and can reach speeds of up to 35 knots. The boat can take up to three anglers. She’s equipped with GPS and a fishfinder, and has a trolling motor. There is an ice box onboard, as well as the standard safety gear.

Trips with Capt. Todd will see you exploring the flats of Islamorada. You will mostly be using fly or spin to get the fish. As for the targeted species, here you can get Snook, Bonefish, Permit, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Tarpon, and more. All the gear you need is waiting for you onboard, but you’re welcome to bring your own favorite fishing set.

When preparing for the trip, make sure to bring sunblock, a hat, and polarized sunglasses. You should also bring food and beverages, and a camera to get a good shot of your catch. Get your buddies and come explore these productive fishing grounds with Capt. Todd.
